  We were delighted with the service provided by the tank factory. We received excellent advice, prompt delivery of our tank and pump and were kept informed of the progress of our order. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering installing a water tank. We have already recommended the tank factory to a local builder here in Canberra.

  Thanks to all at The Tank Factory. My tank was delivered yesterday and not only did the delivery guy put the tank on my pre prepared pad but with the assistance of 5 old pensioners, he turned into position ready for the plumbing to be connected. This calibre of service is not something you come to expect these days, particularly from a delivery driver who had been on the road all day to get to us. I was expecting a dump and run, not a guy who wanted to help. He should be commended for his attitude and service, he is an asset to your company. Thanks again to all involved. A great product and service to match.

  Amazing service, they truly make the extra effort to ensure the process is as easy as possible. I had two 5000 gallon tanks delivered and scheduled delivery between Easter and Anzac to accommodate my installers.

  Quality tanks and staff where a pleasure to deal with but after delivery of one tank they refused to deliver the next two to my property. I'm not sure if this was the Tank Factory or their delivery company. The reason given was that their truck was not suitable to be driven on dirt roads. Where do they deliver most of their rural tanks??!! As payment had already been made I was then forced to arrange my own transport from a location that they deemed more suitable. I used a truck pretty much exactly the same, just minus the whingeing driver.

  I have a rural coastal property on a dirt road and the delivery driver was incredibly helpful. He also provided expert guidance and physical assistance in positioning the tanks. Awesome!!!
